Your membership funds great community events like Heritage Day, I Love Highland Creek Dinner Dance, Festival of Lights Tree Lighting, Spring Clean Up, Maintenance and Beautification of The Highland Creek Village plus HCCA publishes a newspaper 5x a year delivered right to your door to keep you informed about what's happening in Highland Creek. *HCCA represents community interests for decisions that affect us. The greater the number of members, the stronger our voice. The Highland Creek Community Association is represented by a group of elected volunteers all of whom reside in Highland Creek.
